UKGE - Air incisor tool
The Air Incisor System uses compressed air to power a Fine Pneumatic Tungsten Needle Pen whilst removing the fine particles from obscuring your view when working with delicate fossils. This tool works well with a wide variety of rock types including Limestone & Chalk. Areas of material can easily be removed simply by touching the pen point onto the desired area. The Pen runs at 60PSI, 3000BPM and can be lowered for more fragile work or for softer material.

The CP9361 is used by Professional Paleontologists including Museums and Universities around the world. The pen runs at 90PSI @ vibration level of 4.2 m/s with five adjustable speed levels. The Air Scribe Pen comes complete with Air Hose- 5mm (3,16th bore), Air filter assembly, Stylus (carbide tipped), and instruction booklet. The accessory kit option comes complete with all of the above, plus Anvil for use with chisels, Flat chisel, chisel blank for creating your own points, round nose chisel and a carrying case. This tool will remove matrix and grit and clean fossils very easily, quickly and effectively. The high speed and fine nozzle of this tool allows for very fast cutting action when using our aluminum oxide 220 grade, although the tool can cut even faster using course grades down to 100, or can be used to polish and remove bruising using higher grades such as 400 or 600.

UKGE - Air Abrasor 55
The Air Abrasion 55 System runs at 55PSI & uses 220 Aluminum Oxide as a compound for its cutting action. A special compound cup is provided in which air draws the fine compound and blasts against your fossil. This model is ideal for softer material such as clays, shale's and soft chalk, to clean and to remove bruising caused by air pens. The nozzle is narrow for very fine work.
